Our core staff all have over 25 years insurance experience and have held senior roles at Lloyd’s syndicates, insurers and brokers.

Our team comprises three Directors and support staff.

Argent - Paul ArgentGiles Anderson - has over 30 years experience in a variety of underwriting and claims roles across multiple business classes including insurance and reinsurance products. Much of this has involved delegated authority arrangements as a method of distribution. Giles founded GPA Consulting in 2000 and has retained a hands on role in the management of the company.


Rosemari Whiteman – Rosemari joined GPA in early 2015 and has over 30 years experience in binding authorities. In addition, Rosemari worked for a Lloyd's syndicate for four years as their UK property underwriter where she underwrote and managed many binding authorities. Rosemari's considerable London Market binding authority experience lends itself perfectly to the ever changing and increasingly complex delegated authority environment.


Argent - Ian ParkerIan Parker – worked in a range of underwriting roles for 22 years prior to becoming a founding member of GPA Consulting. Ian has extensive experience of the London insurance market working for both Lloyd’s underwriters and insurance companies underwriting a wide range of Property, Liability and ancillary classes. Ian has been a director of GPA Consulting since 2003.


George Copley – George has over 40 years’ experience working in financial services. He has experience in compliance across a range of financial services including insurance and has additionally developed insurance products.


Keith Boyles – Having joined the Lloyd’s and London insurance market more than 30 years ago, Keith has vast experience of working for Syndicates and associated companies almost entirely in the claims area. Whilst Keith has experience of a very broad range of classes and territories, his primary expertise is in property and liability. He has also manged numerous Third Party Administrator and Coverholder arrangements as an insurer.


Argent - Stephen McCarthyStephen McCarthy – Stephen has over 35 years’ experience working in the Lloyd’s and London insurance market. All of his experience is in claims and is across a broad range of classes and territories. He has also held claims settlement authorities under various binding authorities. Stephen has experience of working with a large number loss adjusters and third party administrators.

Lynda Britton – Client Services Team Leader
Over 20 years experience in similar roles Lyn is responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis coordinating and arranging the numerous client assignments, trips and site visits.


Kerr Dorman - Service Manager
Kerr joined in late 2015, he possesses key skills and knowledge with over 16 years’ of experience working within management roles both in customer service and operational environments, in the public and private sector.


Jessie Butler- Report Production Assistant
Jessie Joined GPA in 2015 she is an accomplished report writer and administrator with extensive knowledge of IT systems and office software.


Lee Goddard- Apprentice Business Admin Assistant
Lee provides invaluable support to all members of the team and contributes key administrative skills.


Teri Brock- Business Admin Assistant
Teri joined GPA in early 2018, she is an accomplished office administrator having previously worked in the banking and telecommunications sectors, her main focus is report writing but also provides support to all other administrative functions within the company .
